Need to Know
What to bring
- A valid photo ID (Emirates ID, passport, or English driving license) matching your booking name
- Swimsuit and flip-flops
- Printed or digital ticket
- A doctor’s “Declaration of Fitness” if you have or previously had specific medical conditions
- Completed medical liability and release forms
What’s not allowed
- Tickets are non-transferable and only valid for the name and time shown
- Meals and transfers are not included
- Guests under 10 years old cannot participate
- Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
- Participation is not permitted if you are unwell or have certain medical conditions without medical clearance
- Alcohol, drugs, or intoxication are strictly prohibited
