Need to know
- No prior scuba experience is required, but you must know how to swim.
- Minimum age is 10 years. Some advanced packages may require older participants or certifications.
- Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian and provide written consent.
- Arrive 15 minutes early—late arrivals will be marked as no-shows and are non-refundable.
- You’ll need to complete a “Fit to Dive” health form and a medical/liability release before diving.
- If you have certain medical conditions (like heart or back problems, pregnancy, etc.) you must present a doctor-signed Declaration of Fitness.
- Avoid alcohol or non-prescription drugs for 24 hours before your dive.
- Only Deep Dive Dubai-approved gear can be used (masks and personal regulators may be allowed for certified divers).
- Safety is monitored continuously with lifeguards, safety divers, and video surveillance.
- For advanced dives (below 30m), special gases and official certifications are required.
- Never dive alone, exceed your training, or hold your breath underwater.
- Avoid flying or visiting high-altitude places after diving:
- Wait at least 12 hours after a single dive
- Wait 18 hours after multiple dives
- Bring swimwear and slippers—everything else is provided.
- Most sessions have a maximum of 20 participants.
Cancellation Policy
Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
