What to Bring (Both Attractions)
- A valid ID is required for entry
- UAE residents must carry Emirates ID when using the resident pass
What’s Not Allowed
Wild Wadi Waterpark
- Guests under 1.1m cannot access certain rides
- Inappropriate swimwear such as cotton clothes, underwear, transparent suits, metal accessories, long chains, or streetwear
- Wearing glasses or sunglasses on rides (lanyards available for purchase)
- Regular diapers — swim diapers only (available onsite)
- Swimming if you or your child has diarrhea
- Outside food & drinks, glass items, intoxication, queue jumping, running, diving, sharp items, or anything unsafe for slides

- Some rides may not be suitable if you’re pregnant, under medical supervision, have certain health conditions, or exceed ride weight limits
- Not recommended for guests with chronic diseases or respiratory issues
- Always check pool depth and choose rides according to your comfort

Additional Information
Wild Wadi Waterpark
- You may bring one 1-liter water bottle per person
- Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult 18+
- Water in Breaker's Bay and Juha’s Dhow & Lagoon is temperature-controlled year-round
- Full-body swimsuits and rashguards are allowed on all rides
- Please shower before using slides
- GoPros are allowed except on the Jumeirah Sceirah (must have a strap)
Dubai Garden Glow
- Professional photo/video shoots require prior approval
- Misconduct or damage to park property can result in removal from the park
- Timings and attractions may change for maintenance or safety
- The park has shifted to its new location inside Zabeel Park — Gate 3, Area A, next to Dubai Frame
- Dubai Garden Glow now operates daytime hours, open daily from 10 AM to 9 PM
Cancellation Policy
Tickets are valid until 31 December 2025 and cannot be cancelled or rescheduled.
