- People of Determination and one caregiver receive free entry at both venues with valid disability documentation or ID (no advance booking required). International visitors can show a Sanad Tourist Card, disability card, or medical certificate.
AYA Universe:
- Keep your ID ready for smooth entry.
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed.
- Fully wheelchair accessible.
- Includes flashing lights, loud sounds, and dark areas—not suitable for those sensitive to sensory triggers or photosensitive epilepsy.
- Amenities: free WiFi, parking, prayer room.
- Re-entry is not allowed once you exit.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult.
House of Hype:
