- No food or beverages are allowed.
Global Village
- Public displays of affection (kissing, hugging) are prohibited.
- Wheeled devices (roller skates, skateboards, bicycles, scooters) are not allowed unless rented inside the park.
- No pets, smoking, outside food/drinks, or large luggage.
- Children must wear safety wristbands.
- Tickets are single-entry and non-refundable.
Miracle Garden
- No outside food or drinks, scooters, bicycles, pets, hoverboards, balls, barbecues, or picking flowers.
- Professional photography and drones are prohibited.
Dubai Frame
- No outside food or drinks; no smoking.
- Don’t lean, climb, or place children on railings.
- Don’t touch or remove exhibition items.
Accessibility
- AYA Universe: Wheelchair accessible; not recommended for guests sensitive to flashing lights, loud noises, dark spaces, or photosensitive epilepsy.
- Global Village, Miracle Garden, Dubai Frame: Wheelchair accessible.
- Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

- Last entry: 1 hour before closing
- Entry is free for People of Determination, plus one caregiver.
Global Village
- Entry gates close 30 minutes before park closing.
- Ticket is for admission only; food, shopping, rides, and shows are extra.
- Free entry for children under 3, seniors over 65, and People of Determination with 1 companion.
- Respectful attire is required.
- Park may temporarily suspend attractions or shows for safety or private events.
- Photography and filming may occur at any time.
Miracle Garden
- Facilities: Parking, first-aid, souvenir shops, seating, prayer room, dining options.
- Visitors must follow designated pathways and staff instructions.
Dubai Frame
- Groups of up to 5 per entry.
- Large bags and strollers must be left at Gate 4 Counter.
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Audio guide: Download the Headout app, log in with your booking email, and access the audio guide.
