- Large bags, strollers, suitcases (must be checked in at baggage storage)
- Prohibited items include sharp objects, glass bottles, fireworks, pepper spray, firearms, multi-tools, and spray cans
- Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside
- Pets and service animals are not permitted

- Strollers must be checked in at the entrance and are not allowed on the decks

Additional Information
- Children (under 12 or under 16 depending on the ticket type) must be accompanied by an adult
- Arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled entry time
- Late arrivals may not be allowed inside
- A typical visit lasts around 90 minutes; guests at Level 148 may stay there for up to 30 minutes before moving down to 124 & 125
- All visitors must enter through Dubai Mall — no direct tower entry unless you’re a resident, hotel guest, or have a restaurant reservation
- Free Wi-Fi is available on all decks
- Outdoor access may be closed during poor weather; refunds are not provided
- For the best views, visit around sunrise or just before sunset
