What’s Not Allowed
Ski Dubai Snow Park
- Children under 2 are not allowed inside the snow park.
- Phones and cameras are not permitted during penguin encounters.
Global Village
- Public displays of affection such as hugging and kissing are strictly prohibited.
- Roller skates, bicycles, skateboards, scooters, and other wheeled devices are not allowed unless rented at the park.
- Not allowed inside: pets, outside food and drinks, smoking (except in designated areas), and travel luggage/suitcases.
Accessibility
Ski Dubai Snow Park
- The Zorb Ball (Giant Ball) and Mountain Thriller rides are not suitable for seniors, pregnant women, or anyone with back or neck issues.
- Only skiers/snowboarders who meet Intermediate Level 2 are allowed on the slopes.
Global Village
- The park is wheelchair accessible.
Additional Information
Ski Dubai Snow Park
- Skiers and snowboarders must meet Intermediate Level 2 to access slope sessions.
- Winter gear includes jackets, trousers, disposable socks, boots, skis/snowboards, and poles.
- Helmets are mandatory for children under 13.
- Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Caps are not included, so bring your own if you're sensitive to cold.
Global Village
- Facilities include: smart pharmacy, mother’s room, prayer rooms, clinic, guest care centre, and charging points.
- Entry gates close 30 minutes before closing time.
- This ticket includes entry only. Food, shopping, rides, and performances inside are not part of the ticket.
- Valid for one-time entry between 15 Oct 2025 – 10 May 2026 (or season dates announced by Global Village).
- Tuesdays are for Ladies, Families, and Couples only (except public holidays).
- Some UAE public holidays are designated family days — check official channels for updates.
- Modest clothing covering shoulders, torso, legs, and knees is required.
- Children must wear safety wristbands provided at entry booths.
- Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas.
